These days everyone wants to try the latest fad diet, whether it may be low-carb, low-fat, extremely low-calorie, or a “juice cleanse”. The one that they’ve heard will give them the best, and most importantly, the quickest results. We all want to lose weight; we just don’t want to do it the healthy way, because that takes way too much time and effort.
