Pumpkin Butter Crescent Rolls

These Pumpkin Butter Stuffed Crescent Rolls are the perfect, delicious fall treat to serve at parties and holiday gatherings. They are also super quick and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Bake House Creations Crescent Rolls
  • 1/4 cup Baker's Corner 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Happy Farms Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Simply Nature Creamy Almond Butter
  • 1.5 Tbsp Specially Selected 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Stonemill Ground Cinnamon plus extra to sprinkle on top
  • Simply Nature Organic Cane Sugar lightly sprinkled on top
  • 1/2 cup Baker's Corner White Melting Wafers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine pumpkin, whipped cream cheese, almond butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir to combine well.
  • Place crescent rolls on baking sheet and spoon about 1 heaping Tbsp of pumpkin butter on top of each one.
  • Roll each one up, placing seam side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar on top of each, then transfer to the oven.
  • Bake stuffed crescent rolls for 9-12 minutes or until rolls are golden brown on top.
  • While crescent rolls are baking, put 1/2 cup of melting wafers in a small, microwave-safe dish and melt them according to package instructions (I microwaved for about 60-90 seconds).
  • Once crescent rolls are ready, remove from oven and drizzle with melted white chocolate. Enjoy immediately!
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat individual rolls in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, and add more time as needed.
