- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup pecans crushed in food processor
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Use food processor to pulse pecans into small pieces, similar to breadcrumbs. It's okay to have some bigger pieces to give the chicken some crunchy texture.
Combine chicken pieces, crushed pecans and ranch dressing in a medium-sized bowl, and stir to combine.
Transfer to air fryer and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes, or until internal temperature of 165 F is reached. Toss halfway through.
Serve hot. Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy along with roasted veggies or on top of a salad with additional ranch for dressing and/or dipping sauce.
