Spicy Turkey Avocado Paninis

- 2 slices bread sourdough or whole grain
- 3 oz oven-roasted turkey or chicken fresh from deli counter
- 2 slices Cabot pepperjack cheese
- 1 Tbsp Hope Foods Jalapeno Red hummus* or hummus of choice
- 1/2 ripe avocado sliced
- Sliced red onions and fresh greens to garnish
- Fresh cracked black pepper & oregano to taste
Heat up George Foreman grill or panini press. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Add all ingredients on top of bread; spread hummus on one half. Close to make a sandwich.
Transfer to George Foreman and let it cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the bread is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
Serve immediately; enjoy!

Serving suggestion: these would be great with a side salad, my 3-ingredient sweet potato fries, simple roasted veggies or veggies with more hummus!
