- 2 bananas medium
- 6 Tbsp peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or milk chocolate
Place a piece of parchment paper on a pan or small baking sheet.
On a plate or cutting board, slice bananas into coins about 1/4" thick. (Roughly 12 slices per banana)
Using the same knife, spread about 2 tsp of peanut butter onto a slice, then stack a second banana slice on top of it to make a "sandwich".
Place each banana+PB sandwich on the parchment paper until you're all done.
Pour chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for ~30 seconds, or until they are completely melted.
Stir with a spoon, and drizzle over the top of the banana+PB sandwiches until the chocolate is gone.
Transfer the parchment paper-lined pan/bowl to the freezer for about 3 hours.
After 3 hours, eat and enjoy!
Store them in the freezer covered.
