I started taking Full Circle Prenatal Vitamins in October 2019 per @nutritionbyrobyn’s recommendations. They were developed by a Registered Dietitian and mother based on the best evidence available. (You can find her @aylabarmmer_rd on IG.) Full Circle delivers optimal forms and evidence-based doses of nutrients in an easy-to-tolerate formula. I NEVER feel nauseous from taking these.
The nutrients are delivered in forms that provide the best absorption and support the female body before, during and after pregnancy. Even if you’re not trying to get pregnant, you can benefits from the nutrients in these supplements. In addition, they go through extensive testing to ensure they are free from harmful contaminants including heavy metals and chemicals.
You do have to take eight pills a day, in divided doses — this is how they were designed. I find it easiest to put 8 pills into a small baggie in the morning so I can keep track of how many I’ve taken throughout the day. I try to take 3 with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 3 with dinner to make it easy to remember.

I have been taking Balance The Superfood Shot for years now and still love them.
