how to make pumpkin butter crescent rolls

These pumpkin butter crescent rolls come together in no time at all. Minimal baking skills required!

Here are the instructions & step-by-step photos.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine pumpkin, whipped cream cheese, almond butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir to combine well.

Spread crescent rolls out on prepared baking sheet and spoon about 1 heaping Tbsp of pumpkin butter on top of each one. Spread it to cover most of the crescent roll.

Roll each one up, placing seam side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar on top of each, then transfer to the preheated oven.

Bake stuffed crescent rolls for 9-12 minutes or until rolls are golden brown on top.

While crescent rolls are baking, pour 1/2 cup of melting wafers in a small, microwave-safe dish and melt them according to package instructions (I microwaved for about 60-90 seconds).

Once crescent rolls are ready, remove from oven and drizzle with melted white chocolate. Enjoy immediately!

how to store and reheat the crescent rolls

You can store any leftover crescent rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat individual rolls in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, and add more time as needed.

I was SO pleasantly surprised to find that these actually taste amazing reheated. Of course they taste best fresh out of the oven, but they’re still extremely delicious when reheated 1-2 days later!

Use any leftover pumpkin butter filling as a spread on toast, bagels or on top of dates, like this recipe here! You can also find pitted dates at ALDI.
